Jenny Packham is an iconic fashion brand, perhaps best known for their contemporary bridal collections. We’re proud to have worked as a strategic partner for over 7 years, delivering HR best practice with a focus on operational efficiencies and streamlined processes.

Titan HQ are a SaaS Cybersecurity Platform with an award-winning suite of online security solutions. Post PE investment and having been involved in the Due Diligence process for management, we completed an HR diagnostic through 1:1s, focus groups and surveys.

Arcus Global is a market-leading GovTech Software as a Service (SaaS) company. Having completed pre-investment due diligence work, we then conducted a full HR review post deal in order to produce a 12 month HR plan.

GHG is an international loss adjusting company with its head office near Southampton, Hampshire. Post PE Investment and having been involved in the due diligence process for management, we completed a full HR diagnostic.

Larato are sales, business development and marketing experts. We helped the senior team review the team structure and make up to identify key gaps, clarifying roles and responsibilities for each employee and recruiting to fill any gaps.

Red Paddle Co produce and sell a range of products focused on the water sports industry. We Helped to restructure a high growth private equity backed business for a successful exit.

Sykes Holiday Cottages is an independent holiday cottage rental agency with over 20,000 cottages across the UK, Ireland and New Zealand. We conducted an organisational review exploring structure and scalability of the business in the context of the business plan.

Stowe Family Law is the UK’s largest specialist family law firm, with an excellent reputation. We facilitated a two-part L&D programme of practical tools for developing existing partners whilst advising managing partners on any further support required.

Credera is a global, boutique consulting firm focused on strategy, transformation, data and technology. We conducted a comprehensive HR diagnostic to scope a new HR Director role and managed the recruitment and onboarding of that individual.

Fluid One is an award-winning UK provider of connected cloud solutions. We managed the TUPE transfer of 90 acquired staff, implementing a new set of T&Cs and effectively onboarding all transferees. We also trained key members of staff.

Liv-ex is the global marketplace for the wine trade. For the last decade Stratton HR have worked in partnership with Liv-ex as an extension to their HR function to project manage the majority of recruitment needs for the business.

Exclaimer provides world-class on-premises and cloud-based email signature software and solutions for Microsoft 365 , Google Workplace and Microsoft Exchange. We completed a full HR audit for the company to ensure Exclaimer was compliant with ISO standards.

Aspire is an award-winning IT Managed Service Provider and Cyber Security Provider.  Having been involved in management due diligence, we were asked to conduct the same process on a number of senior management to help inform decision making internally.
