Our retained option allows you to focus on growing your business, knowing that your people plan is in the right hands. We work with you to understand all of your needs, and then it’s over to us to deliver all of your HR activity, from your people strategy right down to the everyday admin.

How it works

We typically work with your senior team to develop a minimum 12-month people plan in line with your current business situation and growth plans. We agree upfront on the scope of work, key deliverables and the time required from both us and you. We then work to the plan, over a set period of time with costs spread accordingly to help you budget.

As part of a retained package, we offer:

How it works
