Organisational Review

The team asked Stratton HR to conduct an in depth study of their business, reviewing structure, culture, process and talent, with a view to helping them develop an action plan and roadmap for future growth.

We undertook a functional analysis across the business including key processes, roles and HR management. We provided the business with:​

  • An organisational roadmap with clearly defined roles, responsibilities and accountabilities of the senior team, with a particular focus on the directors​
  • Sourcing and appointment of a chair at board level to facilitate executive decision-making​
  • The recruitment of key new management roles​
  • Recruitment & HR process review – document and critically analyse HR & recruitment activities in order to drive efficiency, increase capacity and evaluate resource and role requirements for the future​
  • Team workshop to identify and understand individual and team personality traits, strengths and weaknesses and how these can contribute to an effective team​

The team invested in the appropriate levels of middle management resource allowing them to focus on business development and growth. The business built a solid platform for growth and was sold 2.5 years later for £25m.
