The team asked Stratton HR to conduct an in depth study of their business, reviewing structure, culture, process and talent, with a view to helping them develop an action plan and roadmap for future growth.
We undertook a functional analysis across the business including key processes, roles and HR management. We provided the business with:
- An organisational roadmap with clearly defined roles, responsibilities and accountabilities of the senior team, with a particular focus on the directors
- Sourcing and appointment of a chair at board level to facilitate executive decision-making
- The recruitment of key new management roles
- Recruitment & HR process review – document and critically analyse HR & recruitment activities in order to drive efficiency, increase capacity and evaluate resource and role requirements for the future
- Team workshop to identify and understand individual and team personality traits, strengths and weaknesses and how these can contribute to an effective team
The team invested in the appropriate levels of middle management resource allowing them to focus on business development and growth. The business built a solid platform for growth and was sold 2.5 years later for £25m.
