There was no HR resource in place and a Founder-centric and values driven culture. Following an introduction from one of their Non-Execs, we worked on a 9 month project to devise their people strategy and deliver key projects within it. We helped the business create a much needed roadmap for People, as well as built HR processes and infrastructure that supported their positive and unique culture and didn’t feel too formal or stifling.
