We designed and delivered a management development programme with targeted content to address key skills gaps. Following the programme, managers were better able to understand their role, increasing alignment with the SMT and improving performance across their teams. Following the success of the management development programme, Titan HQ wanted to invest in developing its team leaders across the business.
We designed a bespoke programme, leveraging some of the content from the management development programme but tailored contextually to this cohort. This included modules covering leading through change, succession planning, EQ and leadership legacy, ER and performance management etc., delivered in person and digitally. This enableled team leaders to focus on developing to the next level owning their own career development and progression. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive with individuals feeling increasingly confident and having a better understanding of their role and what they need to do to move forwards.
