Organisation Design

We partnered with a specialist HR consulting business to conduct the audit. This included: ​

  • An in-depth skills audit consisting of psychometric profiling of 11 individual team members
  • 1:1 discussions with team members to review their background and skills, and the results of their psychometric profiling ​
  • Individual and team profiling reports to recommend role fit for the team members based on the outcomes of the psychometric profiles and 1:1 discussions​
  • Skills audit and gap assessment and reporting of findings to highlight areas of individual and team development ​
  • Creation of new team structure and amendments to reporting lines ​
  • Senior management briefing on the team structure, individual roles and recommendations for role fit for existing team members ​
  • Development of role profile and outline job description for the Director of Development and Deputy roles​. The audit conducted informed the recruitment of a new Director of Development and Alumni Relations and Deputy, whilst providing assistance for hiring vacancies and increasing the resourcing within the Development and Alumni Relations team

The project also identified development needs and built resilience so the team can move to high performance and optimise skills and talents.
