Competency Assessment

We conducted online profiling of the incumbent Client Partner group, had 1:1 debrief sessions with each individual to explore their roles and skills/behaviours and completed full analysis of the profiling data to establish potential performance differentiators in the group to apply to the future recruitment process. We developed a role profile that could be used to evaluate candidates against based on the requisite criteria and a list of screening questions that can be asked at interviews. Profiling is used across the recruitment process for the business.
