The HR audit led to a full revision of the HR policies and handbook, and revised contract of employment that was more commercially robust and up-to-date with legislation.

The HR audit also led to the following additional deliverables:

  • Management of all HR admin for the complete employee lifecycle, as well as payroll support
  • Recruitment process management utilising our ATS system to ensure consistent and positive candidate experience
  • Interview frameworks developed to support Line Managers​
