ITC tailor-make luxury holidays to the world’s most iconic destinations. Stratton HR supported ITC in reviewing system requirements, the identification of a fit-for-purpose system, and end-to-end implementation support.
The HR team is made up of both Acora and Stratton HR staff working as one unit. Key achievements over the last 4 years include the integration of 5 acquisitions, development of a comprehensive L&D plan including 3 management training programmes and the rollout of LinkedIn learning to the whole business and operational enhancements to Sage HR to drive efficiency into recruitment and onboarding in particular.
Additionally, we project managed the Best Companies process and achieved a One to Watch accreditation 2 years running at a time when the business doubled in size.
