Whittard of Chelsea is an English brand selling food and beverages goods. We worked closely with the CEO and Head of HR to identify clear functional and capability gaps across the organisation and helped to develop a new organisational framework.
There was no HR resource in place and a Founder-centric and values driven culture. Following an introduction from one of their Non-Execs, we worked on a 9 month project to devise their people strategy and deliver key projects within it. We helped the business create a much needed roadmap for People, as well as built HR processes and infrastructure that supported their positive and unique culture and didn’t feel too formal or stifling.
