ITC tailor-make luxury holidays to the world’s most iconic destinations. Stratton HR supported ITC in reviewing system requirements, the identification of a fit-for-purpose system, and end-to-end implementation support.
We ran focus groups and spent time with the senior team to understand the current strengths, development areas and specific challenges amongst the group of line managers. Over the period we conducted online psychometric profiling of all second tier line managers with a view to identifying strengths and areas for development as a group and on an individual level.
We designed and delivered a 6-month modular management development programme, including 1:1 coaching sessions following each module to address the challenges. Furthermore, we reviewed and redefined all role profiles to ensure clarity of expectations, as well as driving performance conversations.
We benchmarked all roles within the organisation to identify a new pay band structure and create career paths to aid recruitment retention. We delivered monthly HR clinics to partner with line managers and build relationships with employees.
Finally, we created and delivered a bespoke development programme for the incumbent HR advisor, upskilling their knowledge and skills to enable her to meet the growth challenges the business experienced.
