Chadi is a Coach and Facilitator at Stratton where he delivers Leadership Development and other learning initiatives for client organisations.
Chadi is an experienced business psychologist, ex-HR Director and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Chadi has a passion for coaching Executive and Senior-level leaders, high potentials and individuals from minority groups. Additionally, Chadi works with player and coaches in elite sport. With an appreciation of the uniqueness and complexity of each individual and their context, his coaching is goal-orientated and often triangulated with line managers to ensure optimum challenge and support for the individual while retaining a focus on the needs of the organization.
Chadi coaches on a wide range of topics and at different levels of the business as part of stand-alone coaching assignments or blended development programmes.
With breadth and depth of professional experience across different cultures and industries, Chadi is a versatile professional who can merge his background in psychology with his interpersonal skills across an individual and team level in different business contexts.
Chadi has significant experience of working internationally designing and delivering face-to-face and virtual assessment, change and development solutions to business leaders and high potentials for a diverse range of organisations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. Chadi has experience working with a range of industries including Financial Services, Sports, Professional Services, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Food, Education, Local and Central Government, among others.
Chadi holds a BSc. Social Sciences from the University of Southampton, Postgraduate Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Nottingham, an MSc. Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a CIPD Level 7 Diploma from the University of West London.
Chadi has psychometric profiling accreditations, including SOVA (formerly Talent Q), Hogan suite, NEO-PI-R, Positive Resilience Profiler, DISC, PsyCap Potential, and has completed British Psychological Society Levels A & B.
